If you take a KENT, İPEK or İNCİ bus to Kayseri, they have their own terminals and it would be enough to tell the service driver that you have come for the congress and you would like to go to the university campus or a dormitory and the service buses will take you to wherever you would like to go. If you take other buses to Kayseri and arrive at Kayseri Coach Terminal and you might take a public bus opposite the terminal building to either city center and change there or directly to Erciyes University.

If you arrive in Kayseri by air, you should take a THY service bus to city center and then a public bus to the campus.
If you take a train to Kayseri, you can take a public bus at Hastane Caddesi (which is opposite the station) to the campus.
1. The Department of Physics of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and student dormitories are within the campus and they are about 10 km away from the Coach Terminal and Train Station.
2. University Guest House is in upper Talas and it is about 20 km far from the Coach
Terminal and Train Station.
3. Karayolları Guest House is on Çevreyol which is about 4 km from the Coach Terminal.
4. DSİ Guest House is only 50 meters away from the from the KENT special Terminal.
